Route to High Efficiency PV

ENN Solar operates research and development facilities in both China and Silicon Valley in the United States. The research division is committed to continuously improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar modules, while at the same time lowering production costs. We are striving to deliver the next generation of solar modules and enhancing the integration of this technology into the power grid.

From a Solid Foundation

After extensive research and analysis, in 2007 ENN Solar procured one of the first SunFab solar module production lines from Applied Materials. Since scientists on ENN Solar’s staff worked with Applied Materials to develop and refine the SunFab production line, no one knows better how to maximize the performance of this thin film technology. Expansion plans call for increasing the current capacity of 60 MW to over 500 MW solar module production in a few years.
